2009 – obtained a degree of doctor of physical and mathematical sciences for the dissertation “Highly parallel algorithms and means for solving mass arithmetical and logical computations problems”
2001 – received the scientific title of senior researcher
1995 – obtained a degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences (PhD) for the dissertation “Development and analysis of parallel and systolic algorithms for solution of the charge transfer problems in semiconductors”
